An excellent movie on a tiny budget

I saw this movie at the Phoenix Film Festival and was amazed to learn at the relatively tiny budget ($140,000) to make such a solid, well-put-together film. The acting was fantastic, especially on the part of Sheldon Strickland, who also co-directed and -produced the film. Looking forward to great things in the future from Tony Perri and Sheldon Strickland.

One of the best truly indie films I've seen in a long time.

I saw this film at DancesWithFIlms Film Festival in Santa Monica. One of the best truly independent films I've seen in a long time. Done on a tiny budget in High-Definition, I give them props for doing what they did. Beautifully directed and acted with a style that set these filmmakers apart. Talk about a film that tells the truth about Los Angeles life, this one definetly struck a cord. The writing is creative and real while the editing moves the picture along genuisously. Bravo to the filmmakers.
