Best amateur film in 1998, Leeuwarden Holland

Tell Hell is one of the best amateur films I've seen. We all know those irritating tell sell commercials at night. This is about a guy who goes insane because of them. You'll hear the always badly dubbed "Mike,-Let's take a look at this new and improved.......bla bla bla" and music from Lamb, and The Future Sound of London. It's taped on S-VHS and filtered to Black and white. The tell sell commercials are in colour though. The camera angles are very well thought out. I've heard people say this had to be done by professionals with a lot of money from the Filmacademy. Actually, it was made within 10 houres on a personal computer with Adobe Premiere 4.0. With no budget!!! In Germany a movie theater chain is probably going to transfer the VHF version to Film, so they can show it on the bigscreen in the cinemas before the main picture starts. All in all a must see short movie for those who'd like to make nobudget movies. This is 'the' example...
