Trivialidades:

The "Welcome to Scranton" sign featured in the opening credits, formerly located on the Central City Expressway, is now on display in the food court of the Mall at Steamtown. It is setup with a backdrop so people can get their picture with it. It was moved there when the city replaced the signs with new signs.

Goofs:

Revealing mistakes: Although the show is set in Scranton, Pennsylvania, every episode set outside during the winter features an unrealistically warm climate. Although characters always wear overcoats and pretend to shiver, numerous things reveal the actual California filming location. Some of these include: no visible breath, no snow, full lawns and trees covered with green leaves.

Through reading these comments I was interested to hear that for the first episodes they had basically transcribed the original English script into American with the gags altered to reflect American Culture. This surprised me because this exact same approach had been taken with the U.S. versions of Men Behaving Badly and Red Dwarf, both of which failed by varying degrees...

it would be interesting to see America take the concept of a Mockumentary possibly set in an office or other working environment and put their own spin on the concept...oh wait didn't that happen in the fantastic Curb Your Enthusiasm.
