- A woman dresses provocatively and promises a suggestive favor to the main character.
- No sex. A couple of hints to sex, but that's it.
- In your apartment there is a peephole to the apartment next door which you can look through where a woman is but there is no nudity. (This isn't meant to be sexual in any way it was meant to show how desperate the last people were at escaping the room.)
- In one level, a character may comment on a stack of pornographic magazines in someone's apartment. No nudity.
Violence & Gore

- The player is able to shoot or beat his enemies to death.
- Several characters get killed through out the game, each of them has a number carved into their flesh.
- This game is way more violent than the previous ones. There are weapons which are taken from everyday places and are used in a very violent manner towards strange creatures.
Profanity

- Extremely Mild. 'Hell' and 'Damn' are as bad as it gets.

- Incredibly surreal and disturbing footage through out, not for the squeemish.
- Several floathing ghosts can be seen, one of them is a long haired woman who crawls over the floor.
- The game is very intense and frightening.

Violence & Gore
- A man can be seen burning to death, he later returns as a burning ghost.
- A man gets electrocuted.
- One of the enemies is a large hulking creature which has 2 baby heads attached to it's body, this creature is the embodiment of 2 small children who got killed by the serial killer.
- The main character walks past by a pet shop, gunshots can be heard. When you walk back to the pet shop it can be seen smeared in blood and riddled by gunfire.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The game features the ghost of a serial killer which you will meet a few times through out the game.
- A man knocks down a wall in his apartment and discovers a decaying corpse of a man strung up on a cross. It is quite horrifying to the man, and might be disturbing to the player.
