Following its debut on the Australian streaming service Stan this past May, the six-part Wolf Creek series—featuring John Jarratt once again playing the malevolent Mick Taylor—will make its Us premiere on the Pop network on October 14th.
Comprised of six one-hour episodes, the Wolf Creek series was directed by Tony Tilse and Greg McLean (director of Wolf Creek and Wolf Creek 2) from a script by Peter Gawler and Felicity Packard. The series pits a vengeful young woman named Eve (Lucy Fry) against infamous Outback killer Mick Taylor (Jarratt):

Not-So-Killer Ending: Five days following the series finale of Dexter we remain at a loss for words. Well, except to say that America’s favorite serial killer deserved better. Way better.
Coolest Dude: Forget the new kids on the block. For our money, Clark Gregg’s Coulson is the best thing about the already pretty awesome Agents Of Shield.
Tackiest Plug: How better to top an episode of Dr. Phil dealing with statutory rape, teen drug abuse and parental abuse? Why by having former Backstreet Boy Nick Carter sing a song and promote his book, of course!
Best Wife Swap: Although the titular star of The Michael J. Fox Show is married in real life to co-star Tracy Pollan, she plays his neighbor on the semi-autobiographical series.
Earliest Celebration: Fox’s Bob’s Burgers was renewed for a fifth season before season four’s premiere had even aired.

The late pro-wrestler’s family was featured on the newest episode of the ABC reality show.
Reid Flair, the pro-wrestler who died of a heroin overdose March 29, received a special shout out after the June 30 episode of ABC’s Wife Swap. On the episode, Reid’s father Ric Flair traded lives with his long-time rival, fellow WWE superstar Rowdy Roddy Piper, giving us more insight into the family that Reid tragically left behind.
While Ric spent time with Roddy’s family — wife Kitty, daughter Falon, son Colt and Colton’s fiancée Sarah – Roddy tested the waters with Ric’s family. That motley crew consisted of his girlfriend Wendy, and her four children: Sophia, Sebastian, Paris and Summer.
At the end of the episode, a photo of Reid was shown to honor his memory.

When news of Reid’s sudden death broke in March 2013, the entire WWE community was devastated.

Former reality star and mom of eight Kate Gosselin has responded to the controversy over a much-criticized photo that surfaced on Twitter over the weekend of her wearing a geisha-style wig and pulling her eyes up at the corners to imitate an Asian person.
On her personal blog, Gosselin acknowledges that the photo is authentic and clarifies that it was only meant to be stored on her home computer and was released to the public without her permission. "This was a happy memory of mine. It was a happy time for me and (ex-husband) Jon, smiling and 'goofing off' together," she wrote. She also posted a photo taken at the time of Jon wearing the same wig.

She states that the Asian dress-up wig arrived in the mail from a fan so she and Jon decided to have fun with it. "We smiled, each taking turns posing in it and snapping photos (on my...

Since it’s HBO, we can feel safe this won’t be going to waste.

Oh my gosh. Kate, who happens to have eight half-Korean children, was pictured making what appears to be a racist gesture mocking Asians. See the photo!
First, Paula Deen admitted to using the N-word. Now, another TV star, Kate Gosselin, appears to be making a racist gesture in a newly released photo.
Kate Gosselin Racist? — Is Mom Of 8 Mocking Asians In Twitter Pic?
On June 23, a picture emerged, showing Kate in a red halter top with what looks like a sumo-inspired headpiece. Kate is seen pulling the skin around her eyes back in what’s commonly perceived as a gesture making fun of Asians.
The photo was tweeted out by Twitter user Katie Deen. “[Kate Gosselin] Makes fun of Asians with 8 half Korean children,” she tweeted.
Mind you, this is Katie’s only tweet thus far.

Most Shocking Plot Twist: Just when we had begun to bemoan the surprising lack of plot twists during this third season of Game Of Thrones came a wedding to remember. One that gave new meaning to Cersei Lannister’s words, “When you play the game of thrones you win or you die. There is no middle ground.”
Coolest Fandom: The only thing more shocking than Game Of Thrones “red wedding” was the job those fortunate enough to have already read the source material have done when it comes to keeping their traps shut. Seriously. Us non-book readers salute you!
Coolest Campaign: A Kickstarter campaign was launched — pun intended — with the goal of raising enough money to put a Tardis in space. Those asking what a Tardis is just lost major cool points in our eyes.

Fast National ratings for Thursday, May 2, 2013
Several network shows bounced back from a down week last Thursday with better performances. "The Big Bang Theory" once again led the way, rising in both viewers and adults 18-49. "Grey's Anatomy" also improved for ABC, and an hour-long "Office" and the "Parks and Recreation" finale helped NBC tick up as well.
The news wasn't all good. "American Idol" dropped to an all-time low among adults 18-49, and "Scandal" slipped a little for ABC. CBS' "Person of Interest" and "Elementary" were off a little in viewers but steady in the 18-49 demographic.
CBS led the night with just over 12 million viewers and a 7.6 rating/12 share in households. Fox (8.1 million, 5.1/8) held off ABC (6.75 million, 4.6/7) for second place. NBC finished a pretty distant fourth with 2.9 million viewers and a 1.8/3. The CW (1.7 million, 1.1/2) trailed.
Thanks to "Big Bang," CBS also led the adults 18-49 demographic with a 2.7 rating.

The Great American Idol Ratings Limbo Contest of 2013 continued Thursday night.
Cue up the festive steel-drum music: The former reality titan once again cleared an even lower Nielsen bar. Only 11 million viewers tuned in. More remarkably, the show only had a 2.5 rating among adults 18-49, down 7 percent from last week. For mere mortal shows, a 2.5 rating is acceptable — and would be downright great if you’re, say, ABC’s Friday night reality series Shark Tank. But for Idol, a program that utterly dominated the broadcast entertainment series rankings for many years, this is a crazy low.

When Kanye West tweeted "June Eighteen" yesterday, the world racked its collective brain in search of a meaning. The fact that he has since deleted all other tweets from his feed signifies that this is definitely a major moment in life for him.
So it got us thinking ... What might June 18 mean for Kanye West?

Kanye's got a doctor's appointment and he actually meant to enter the date into his Google calendar. Kanye is throwing a great big birthday party (his birthday is only 10 days prior, on June 8), and everyone's invited. Kanye is re-enrolling in college, being "The College Dropout" that he is, and that's when the semester starts. Kanye's new clothing line makes its debut. Rent's due on his Parisian condo.

Fast National ratings for Thursday, April 18, 2013
"Glee" held on to most of its increased audience from last week's (supposed) school shooting episode, while "American Idol" saw a backslide after its best Thursday numbers in a month a week ago. It was the biggest show of the night, though CBS and ABC were airing mostly reruns.
Over on NBC, "Hannibal" also saw a drop in ratings, going from a 4.37 million average over its first two episodes to 3.5 million for its third episode, but both "Community" and "Parks and Recreation" saw an uptick of a couple hundred thousand viewers.
CBS' reruns were good for a win, just edging out Fox. The Eye averaged 9.2 million viewers and a 5.9 rating/9 share in households, while Fox was at 9.1 million viewers, a 5.8/9. "Glee" held on to most of its increased audience from last week's (supposed) school shooting episode, while "American Idol" saw a backslide after its best Thursday numbers in a month a week ago. It was the biggest show of the night, though CBS and ABC were airing mostly reruns.

Oh, American Idol!
Big Bang Theory beat you in the ratings with both hands tied around its metaphorical back.
Thursday night’s original Idol on Fox had 11.9 million viewers and a 2.9 rating among adults 18-49.
Yet a couple Big Bang Theory repeats on CBS delivered bigger adult demo ratings. A Big Bang encore at 8 p.m. had 11.2 million viewers and a 3.0 rating, while a 9 p.m. edition had 10.8 million viewers and a 3.2 rating.
Idol has actually been on a ratings upswing the past couple weeks, and Fox points out last night’s number could rise a tenth or two in the afternoon nationals.
