- This version has some very famous actors (before they were famous), but this is not a high-quality production. The camerawork and sound is very poor. The best version for classrooms is the 1979 version with Ian McKellen.

- The 1979 version with Ian McKellen is the best. The versions from 1948, 1971, and 2015 are also highly recommended. This version has no adult content, but it is not a good film.
