"Kids In America" is a film every high school student must see because it will inspire them. The cast isn't very well known (the only persons I knew were Gregory Smith and Caitlin Wachs) but that doesn't matter with a good plot. The scene where the girl got expelled for pinning condoms on her shirt actually happened and so did the one where the girl got expelled for writing violently in her personal diary. The principal in the movie is a real b!tch and the actress did a good job playing her. At the end, while the credits role, they have the two actual students mentioned above telling their stories that is a nice touch and gives the movie more. Kids In America is a wonderful movie about activism.
