This show is the first of its kind (that I know of), and cannot be improved on (unless it is given another season **hint to ABC**). For those who don't know what this show involves: it begins with a funny 50s-inspired title/credit sequence; then there is usually a mix of about seven segments such as interviews, a short entertainment report, a "cheat note" on a famous celebrity, "mondo lingo" (vocabulary for the 21st century!), and a couple of main stories (ranging from santa slasher movies to the annual international Paper-Scissors-Rock contest). Anyone who compares this fantastic banquet buffet of quirky humour to Entertainment Tonight will be shot, hung, drawn and quartered. This is in a league of its own. Well done to the "Mondo Thingo" team and the ABC.
