No, it is just someone who looks like him.
"People Get Up and Drive Your Funky Soul" by James Brown. It is a remixed version, though; the original was 9 minutes, and featured in James Brown's album Motherlode in 1988. The recut version is 2 minutes and 24 seconds.

Yes, he's seen in the background at Harry Osbourne's funeral.
It is unknown at this time when or if it will be released. It is also unknown how long it will be.Sam Raimi has not made any statements about a Director's Cut although Columbia have been known to release extended director's cuts on DVD for other titles in the past including Spider-Man 2.1. If a Director's Cut DVD is ever made of this film it is likely to be called Spider-Man 3.1 and be released to coincide with the threatrical release of Spider-Man 4 (just like Spider-Man 2.1 came out on DVD to coincide with the cinema release of Spider-man 3).
It is a plot hole. It is further explained in a scene that was deleted from the film, though. In the original scene, Eddie is watching as Marko turns into a sand castle, which his daughter plays with. Once his daughter leaves, Brock approaches Marko about killing Spider-Man.
When the film was completed the running time was set at 156 minutes on the IMDB page, then later reduced to 139 minutes. Therefore, about 17 minutes was cut from the final film. Note: Roeper and Lemire's review of the film presented the 156 minute (2hrs 36min) running time on screen, you can watch it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TiKsz3Zg6AY
It is currently unknown. Where as Eddie Brock Jr. is, The Symbiote is still alive in a couple places. Remember that Dr. Connors still has his piece of the symbiote and if you watch closely at the end you can see that part of the symbiote is still moving after the explosion. It is widely believed that the Symbiote that Connors has will eventually bond with the yet to be introduced character of Cletus Cassidy to form Carnage.
Note that the above Post says Eddie Brock Jr is dead. Eddie Brock Sr could very well become the next Venom. though he hasn't been introduced as a character yet, only time can truly tell.
