During the church scene, the poster for the "Please Pray the Rosary" TVC in ABC 5 (now TV 5) makes an appearance in the movie, despite the film was released during the Golden Jubilee of the Family Rosary Crusade. Other films featuring the said poster including the 1995 films Pulis patola 2 (1995) (during the hospital scene) and Boy! Gising! (1995) (in the house) as well as Lupe: A Seaman's Wife (2003) as a rusted billboard.
Unlike the previous film, Okay ka, fairy ko! (1991), the sequel film was the only film not to be co-produced or distributed by Regal Films, but it is produced by M-ZET themselves.
