I was shown this film in my short-film class. This film was interesting in that Caveh allows his two friends as well as the rest of us audience to a very sacred and personal experience. His trip is one of the most intense that I have seen, and as is the nature of such endeogenic drugs, many deep and personal details/revelations of his inner psyche come forth from this experience. It is not the definitive psychedelic film or even very informative for that matter but I think it is a bold statement for an artist to go into such a vulnerable place while the camera is rolling. The intense reaction may frighten some away from trying certain drugs of that nature but it may influence a lot to try them as well.
