Sex & Nudity

- This movie does not have graphic sexual contents, but it does contain a sex scene and some female nudity. Moreover, it involves an incestuous kiss between two siblings, and it is implied that they are strongly bond, maybe also physically attracted, to each other.
- A couple has sex in car. We see the bare breasts of the girl.
- A young man caresses a girl's breasts. Her top is partially unbuttoned and her bra is visible.
- A girl kisses another girl in a sexual manner.
- A young man deeply kisses a girl, who happens to be his sister, in a passionate, intense, sexual manner. They actually kiss one more time later on, but briefly.
Violence & Gore

- There are a few grisly killing scenes in the movie, even though none of them show the act itself. The amount of blood is tied directly to these scenes, and is largely visible in the aftermath. However, there are very few overly graphic details.
- Several girls are killed, but we usually do not see it.
- A girl is seen tied up with blood on her head.

- The scenes where terrorized, starving girls scream and get hurt while being tied up are intense and upsetting.
- People who find incest gross and/or wrong will be bothered by the brother/sister kiss.

- While none of the sexuality of these incidents are shown (heard, yes), there are 2 attacks conducted under the pretense of gay sex.
Violence & Gore
- A sequence involves a young woman being attacked by two characters. The scene starts with the girl breaking a glass and cutting her finger. Afterwards, another girl arrives and starts licking her finger in a suggestive way. Shortly after, a young man joins in, and the two start assaulting and hurting her. They kiss her, bite her lips, and drink her blood. She escapes and runs while being chased, but ends up being killed and fed upon offscreen. Shortly after, a scene with the same girl is shown, as she is covered in blood while lying lifeless in a bathtub.
- Several girls are seen tied up, some on the ceiling, some on a table, and are implied to be tortured. Sometimes we see them pierced with a syringe in order to get their blood.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The movie's plot is extremely spooky and disturbing, as it revolves around a family of orphaned vampire siblings that kidnap, torture, and kill numerous girls, in order to feed blood to their little brother, who is always locked up in a cage because of his endless hunger.
