    [a customer at the window nods in agreement before John pushes said customer aside] 

    John Koestler : Thirty minutes ago, there was a woman here. She was screaming! She was with a kid! He was on your pay phone! He's a nine-year-old kid!

    Cashier : Some guy took the lady's car with the kids inside. Drove right off with it.

    John Koestler : The woman, where'd she go?

    Cashier : [points]  That way!
