More movies like this one should be made...

This is not the best movie I have watched all year, but it is the most honest and upfront. It deals with a subject that has proved not to be commercial (the movie Bordertown with Jennifer Lopez, Antonio Banderas, Martin Sheen, Edward James Olmos, Sonia Braga, Juanes, and Kate del Castillo couldn't find a distributor for TWO YEARS! And is going to be finally distributed, on a limited release, by Think Films, which is actually a very small company - compared to all those names). So the gutsy move of making a movie about this subject, to take the risk of film it in Juarez, and point the finger at Police Corruption is no easy task. As a woman, I congratulate everybody involved in this movie, from the Producer, to the writer, to the actors and crew, since they dealt with a subject head on. And again, as a woman, without denigrating the victims with unnecessary scenes. The film leaves a lot to the imagination, and that works very, very well. Congratulations for your courage and activism!
