- A woman is giving a blowjob under a desk to a man talking with his mother on the phone, though she is not seen doing, there are sounds of moaning and sucking noises.
- There are prostitutes in the game, in which they play minor roles in a few missions. Like the GTA's before this, moaning/sexual dialogue from the player/girl is heard as well as the car rocking back and forth. No animations between them are actually used.
Violence & Gore

- A mission involves beating a character to death with an axe and selling his meat to a butcher shop.
- The standard GTA complaints apply: battling gangs means lots of blood will be shed.
- Plus you can attack innocents and police officers with no reprisal.
- For a new twist, cannibalism pops up in the storyline now and again.

- WAY more profane than GTA 3
- If you can think of a vulgarity, GTA:LCS uses it.
