Better than Cinderella!!!!!!!!
anuragkashyap11119 May 2012
This review is based on subtitle version of first season and dub version of second season. Its the first series that I saw with English subtitles and I never have thought that I would gonna like it this much. The story was excellent, characters were exceptional, screenplay and dialogues were outstanding. I really like the character of William Jones. It was just like the story of Cinderella where a rich man falls in love with a maid, but with a different point of view. One of the main reason I like it was the era and the manner of how British peoples converse with each other. The role of Emma was also a delighted one. I have never seen such character in my life. I will give this series a full marks.

The best anime series out there!

This really has honestly been the best romance anime series that I ever came across. I just love how the beautiful background does reflect how Victorian England looked like back in the day. The characters were phenomenal especially Emma. She is literally so beautiful, even as a maid and really isn't like any anime girls I've come across so far. She really does stuck to her feelings in what she wanted to do with her life after her master Kelly Stowne died. Although in the first season, I was so upset that she left William because of his stupid higher class family disapproves her being in a relationship with him. I thought that was it with them but then luckily, I found out that theres a second season of this from Wikipedia. I was really jumping for joy!

Emma and William were so perfect for each other like, I really wouldn't match him and Eleanor to be together. Eleanor is sweet but she can be too desperate for William to like her. I mean the girl needs to find someone a lot better then William. He deserves Emma at the end of the day really haha. I had tears of joy when both of them reunited at the end and were happily married with three children. I really was bawling to be honest, it was just so wonderful.

I give this a 10/10 because it deserves it truly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
