Arcade: 8, C-64: 6, NES: 2
Arcade: Great sound, excellent scrolling video, and those handlebar controls. Music is jammin', good quality tune, speech bites are funny. Rather than a traditional joystick, bicycle handlebars are actually very responsive with the button on the bar as the 'throw paper' trigger. Challenging but not impossible, though a bit brutal to give you a game over rather than a continue. Plenty of action in delivery papers, hitting 'bad guys', targets on a training course, and out maneuvering nuisances.
Commodore 64: Impressive rendition, maintaining a lot of the graphics integrity. Controls suffer a bit from the arcade version as the joystick seems to be not quite as good at moving/articulating. Sounds are fairly accurate as well.
Nintendo Entertainment System: What on earth is this? Terrible mess. Red and white houses only, awful controls, weird sounds, bad collision detection. This game is simply not fun. I have to give points because it vaguely resembles Paperboy, but just barely.
