A judge on Friday granted Audrina Patridge full custody of her 15-month old daughter Kirra Max amid her complicated split from Corey Bohan.
Patridge, 32, also gained custody of the former couple’s dog, Lady, according to an agreement filed in Orange County court. Bohan, to whom Patridge was married for 10 months, was granted visitation with the little girl, according to the documents obtained by The Blast.
However, Kirra must be picked up at a police station.
Bohan and Patridge were also ordered to register for Talking Parents, a communication service that will keep records of their conversations, the court documents state.

Judge Grove is back!
I've missed his sardonic comments, insistence on proper procedure, and surprising flashes of empathy.
He returned as part of a smartly executed, high-concept story on Major Crimes Season 5 Episode 16, and I couldn't be more thrilled.
Between an unusual format, an interesting story and Judge Grove's trademark sarcasm, "Quid Pro Quo" had a lot to offer.
But before getting to all that, there's a burning question I have to ask: What was Amy thinking, getting involved with Mark Hickman again?
Mark Hickman first appeared on Major Crimes Season 4 Episode 19. He was obnoxious, untrustworthy, and caused Amy a boatload of trouble because she kept sneaking off to meet him despite orders from Sharon to stay away from him.
So why, exactly, did she think this time would be any different?
Hobbs: It doesn't matter that you were cleared, Amy. No matter what he instructs the jury, they won't forget.

After Elvis Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie, claimed that she is around $7 million in debt in a recent divorce filing from estranged husband Michael Lockwood, Et asked her mother, Priscilla, to comment on the shocking news.
"This is very personal, and we're still going through a lot of different scenarios," Priscilla tells Et's Cameron Mathison. "There's been a lot of rumors, a lot of speculation, and a lot of everything which always goes along with these situations."
In the papers, Lisa Marie says she is under financial strain despite having an income of $100,000 a month from Elvis' estate.
"Nothing is sorted out yet," Priscilla says. "Everything is trying to be sorted out, and done with dignity and done with care, especially for the children."

Lisa Marie Presley and her estranged husband, Michael Lockwood, both showed up in court on Wednesday in Los Angeles, California.
The hearing was over whether Presley -- who was dressed in a loose-fitting black pantsuit and white blouse that she paired with dark lipstick -- should have to pay Lockwood's attorney fees and other costs related to the court case. While the two do have a post-nuptial agreement from 2007, the judge ultimately ruled that Presley pay her ex $50,000 in increments of $10,000 monthly for reasonable fees and court costs, which includes some attorney fees, until a trial date is set in order to determine the validity of the post-nup.

It's always the wife. Or at least, that's what Lieutenant Provenza would have us believe.
Except this time it wasn't.
Major Crimes Season 5 Episode 9 offered a case that was both quirky and sad, a rough start to Julio's attempt to be a foster parent, and Sharon needing to rein in Rusty's impulsivity.
It was as sad as it was quirky and made for an enjoyable hour of television.
The investigation of the hour was worthy of Law and Order: Svu, complete with a college student who was earning money on the side as a prostitute.
The girl and her boyfriend seemed to have a philosophical disagreement with the idea that prostitution is wrong.
What a stupid question. No, he wasn't jealous. Why would he be? And I wasn't in a relationship with Bobby. It was transactional. Safe sex.

Lemond Bishop's back!
Despite his drug dealing business, in "Waiting for the Knock," Bishop came across as a normal guy and loving father who makes sandwiches for his son's lunch. Regardless of how sympathetic he appeared, he was in deep trouble that only got worse.
When Bishop's accountant was arrested, his attorneys got involved to find out if he was a target. Diane and Alicia were there to represent his legitimate businesses, while Leslie from the firm that handled his illegal businesses was involved as well.
They started with the financials to see what the accountant could have found. The best part was when the Trustee got involved. He was a financial wizard and realized that the numbers didn't add up. I love this guy. With Cary's recommendation that he help out in Family Law, I could easily see the Trustee taking a job at Lockhart/Gardner when the bankruptcy is over.

But this lovely, lyrical hour offers so many emotional shifts and character insights that it can compete with the most action-packed. It also shows, once again, why Julianna Margulies deserves that Best Actress Emmy.
Let’s get rid of the court case first. For once, it serves a larger purpose—as a catalyst...

Oksana's New Lawyer -- Lucky Number 40
Oksana Grigorieva showed up to court this morning for a hearing in her child support case with Mel Gibson -- and wouldn't you know it ... she has a new lawyer!
The new man in Oksana's life is Mitchell Jacobs -- a family law attorney who has been a Board Certified Family Law Specialist since 1986.
We're told Jacobs was brought in today as a specialist because today's hearing involves a certain technicality and they reached out to Jacobs because he's a family law specialist.
Sources say it is unclear whether Jacobs will remain on full-time.
As we first reported, Oksana has used 39 different lawyers so far in her child support case with Mel Gibson. The latest point of contention -- whether the judge's ruling that Mel has to amp up his child support payments to $20,000/month includes the housing payments Mel has been making.
As the old saying goes,...

So far, Oksana has not been able to squeeze more money out of Mel Gibson since she signed the settlement agreement with him back in May -- a settlement she is now trying to disavow.
Oksana is currently getting $5,000/month in child support for baby Lucia. TMZ broke the story ... her current lawyers are asking the judge to up that to more than $40,000/month,...

Michael Jackson's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray has landed a lucky break in his child support case after his ex agreed to waive the $13,000 (£8,125) he owes in missed payments.
Murray, who is currently under investigation over the death of the King of Pop, risked arrest after he skipped a hearing at a Las Vegas Family Law court last month to answer claims he had fallen behind on months of payments to Nenita Malibirian.
He blamed his absence on an "oversight" and agreed to go before a judge this month.
Murray appeared in a Las Vegas court on Monday, when the mother of his son agreed to write off his debt provided he starts paying $1,003 (£630) a month.
Both parties agreed to the settlement and it was signed off by the judge after a 10 minute hearing, reports TMZ.com.
Murray must now keep up to date with the monthly support cheques or he will face jail. He is due to return to court on 4 January.
Investigators looking into Jackson's death have focused their case on Murray, who stands accused of administering the powerful prescription drug Propofol to the superstar prior to his death on 25 June.
Los Angeles authorities have yet to file any charges against Murray over the tragedy, which was ruled a homicide in August.

Toronto -- Canadian cartoon producer Cookie Jar Entertainment has hired former Columbia TriStar and Paramount TV division boss Tom Mazza to lead its hunt for the next "Flashpoint."
Burbank-based Mazza will spearhead the push into U.S. network series and syndicated fare for the Toronto-based producer as head of a new primetime label, the Jar.
Mazza, who most recently ran branded entertainment studio Madison Road Entertainment ("Treasure Hunters") with Jak Severson, joins Cookie Jar as executive vp and head of worldwide TV, with a focus on moving the company beyond animation and into live-action family programming, ideally for the 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. primetime slots.
Cookie Jar is joining a crowded field of Canadian producers, including E1 Television and Shaftsbury Films, who recently have been able to co-produce dramas with U.S. networks no longer willing to shoulder the cost of scripted series on their own.

The Mouse House launches its brand new nature documentary arm Disneynature with an Earth Day premiere of this year-in-the-life-of-our-planet feature. The bad news is that "Earth" recycles a lot of the footage from the BBC series "Planet Earth," which anyone who feels the least bit smug about their TV already owns. The good news is that "Planet Earth" is pretty sick, and seeing it on the big screen is bound to be an improvement over even the glossiest home HD experience.. Patrick Stewart narrated the U.

Magma Cine
The Argentine drama The Mugger is a suspenseful slice of cinematic microfiction. Clocking in at less than 70 minutes, the film follows a 60ish man's day of crime in Buenos Aires, using minimal dialogue and strong performances to full impact. The camera so closely shadows the title character on his unlikely rounds that the viewer becomes, in a sense, an accessory to the crime. The feature was a selection of the Festival de Cannes' Critics' Week and is in competition at AFI Fest.
Arturo Goetz (Family Law) is compelling every step of the way as the man whose real name we learn only in the film's final minutes. His uncertain identity draws in the viewer from the opening scene, when he enters an elementary school in tweed sports coat and tie, with the distinguished air of a well-to-do father but the darting, measuring gaze of an interloper.
Introducing himself as Alejandro Williams, who has come to enroll 5-year-old Junior, he makes quick work of sticking up a friendly administrator, Patricia (Maya Lesca), for the school's cash coffer. Wielding a 9mm revolver that, he likes to point out, is equipped with a silencer, he directs Patricia in a tense performance (Give me a smile) as they walk the corridors to the strongbox. Director of photography Cobi Migliora's handheld camera makes the edgy escape along with the protagonist, from bus to cab to ATM. He calls his wife; he calls a buddy about a soccer game -- all is genial, calm, perfectly ordinary, except that he's just deposited thousands of dollars into his bank account, money he stole for an unknown reason.
Things start to go wrong when a sullen, distracted cafe waitress (Barbara Lombardo) scalds his hand with hot water. Although he finds a helpful pharmacist who becomes his way station for the day, he gradually loses his composure, with impatience and cruelty rising to the fore. From a smooth businessman he transforms into someone scruffy and wild before recovering a basic sense of decency and compassion.
First-time feature writer-director Pablo Fendrik and Goetz peel away the character's facade layer by layer but never "solve" the mystery of his behavior with simple answers, instead raising provocative questions about middle-class desperation -- or boredom -- and white-collar crime. Shot in a fleet nine days, Mugger uses spare dialogue, Buenos Aires locations and Leandro de Loredo's ambient sound design to create a powerful sense of immediacy.

ROME -- Emanuele Crialese's Nuovomondo (The Golden Door), a period drama about a family of Sicilians seeking to immigrate to the United States, has been selected as Italy's candidate in the best foreign-language film race for the 2006 Academy Awards, while Daniel Burman's Derecho de Familia (Family Law) will represent Argentina. Nuovomondo was a success at the recent Venice International Film Festival, taking home the Silver Lion award as the festival's biggest revelation. The critically acclaimed film -- which has grossed about $1 million after two weeks in general release in Italy -- was largely cast with Sicilian stage actors. But it does feature Charlotte Gainsbourg as Lucia, a British woman who sneaks on a ship bound to New York from Palermo. There's also a cameo appearance by Vincent Schiavelli, who died last year shortly after filming wrapped. Crialese is best known for his 2002 film Respiro.
