Slight improvement over the original series, but still another worst game for PlayStation.

Kileak the Blood 2: Reason in Madness (AKA Epidemic) is the sequel to Kileak the Blood (AKA Kileak: The DNA Imperative). There are some slight improvement, but is still not enjoyable at all. First of all, this game takes place 27 years after Matthew Takashi Coda brought an end to Dr. Kim's evil scheme and sacrificed himself to destroy the Antarctic Base. You basically play as Masao Coda, Matt Coda's son and is inside a mechanical robotic suit. The only improvements are the moving effects where you hear yourself walk when you move and the dashing ability to move faster and evade enemies weapons. Still though, you will be so bored with this game and just get frustrated again. It also does feature some cinematic cut-scenes which unfolds the story. If you really are looking for a first-person shooter developed by a Japanese development company, you may be out of luck if you are a PlayStation or PlayStation 2 owner. For this game, I suggest avoid playing this game.
