- Children have duct tape placed over their mouths in one scene.
- Some may find the many scenes of children being taught various "extremist" religious views disturbing. A crowd of children speaks in tongues after performing a militaristic dance routine. A pastor yells at a large group of children and discusses abortion as many start crying. At many points in the documentary, children express their wish to become martyrs for their religion. Children chant "righteous judges!" while doing a salute involving a fist.
