Bangers and mash was a tale of two chimps. They were named bangers and mash and as the lyrics of the opening theme would suggest all they wanted to do was have some fun.

This show is one of those cartoons that you don't think of at all until someone says "hey what cartoons did you watch when you were a kid?" If you were and Aussie kid then you would seen it on ABC after kindergarten and school. This was a 5 minute show which would fill the void between the longer cartoons such as hey Arnold, due to ABC not showing product advertisements. All in all the show was a bit of fun but more fun to remember than i recall it was to watch. good memories. cheers.

I absolutely loved Bangers and Mash when I was a kid. It just delivered on what it promised to do, which was to be fun. The story lines are always excellent, for five minute episodes the show all the time was a lot of fun to watch. The scripting was very good too, and Jonathan Kydd as the narrator was perfect. The characters were great, Bangers and Mash are two "naughty chimps", and the mum and dad while secondary characters essentially had some moments where they did shine. The animation was surprisingly not at all bad, but really my favourite element was the theme tune, great melody and hilarious lyrics.

In conclusion this show rocked! 10/10 Bethany Cox
