This film consists of an elderly lady recounting a sad story from her childhood that would seem to illustrate the old adage about "best intentions".
This is a very short film (only four minutes long) and the story itself isn't all that compelling. However, the style in which it was made intrigued me greatly. Not only was it done in black and white, but the digital effects gave it a very unique and striking look--forcing you to pay attention throughout. Also, the composition was very nice--giving it a real artistic look. While this is far from the most memorable short I have seen, considering the content, they made the most of it. I look forward to seeing more from those who made the film.
