- A young woman mentions that another girl is probably in a "cum-coma".
- Women are seen swimming in a large fish tank, fully nude. Breasts are visible for a brief moment. Also, strippers/dancers are shown in scanty clothes, including thongs, from the rear. There is also a half second of female gentitals seen.

- A man is strapped onto a bed with one of his legs stripped to the bone and the other missing flesh. Another man walks over and proceeds to cut off more flesh from the other man's leg while he thrashes in pain. The man then sits down in a chair and begins eating the flesh.
- A woman is chained into a chair, another woman enters the room and tells her she will clean her up for a client, and the woman in the chair screams and pleads for help while the other woman unties her hands. The woman in the chair then bites the other woman's nose off (a bloody hole in her face is shown), spits the nose piece out, frees herself, and runs away.
- A man starts a circular saw and approaches a woman who is strapped into a chair: she screams and pleads, he flashes the saw around her threateningly and then accidentally cuts her head (blood is shown). She twitches; when he pulls the saw away a patch of her hair is pulled out with it.
- Several boys push a boy to the ground and present him to a man as the one who should be shot; the man shoots the boy in the head.
- A man shoots another man, and then drives away, hitting two women as he escapes.
- A dead man is slumped over a toilet in a public restroom; he is sitting in a pool of blood and a flashback of his murder is shown.
- A man's mutilated corpse is shown.
- A woman finds a dead body seated at a table with its head missing, and a bloody stump at the neck, which a cat is licking.
- A woman hides in a closet, she backs away from the door and into a wall that opens and reveals a room where many severed heads on posts line a shelf around the entire room.

- A nude woman is hung upside down and slowly cut by another nude woman (the nude woman begins to masturbate as she kills the other woman).

- Childrens playing soccer with a severed head. It's made easier to watch because the person deserved it.
- A gagged nude woman has chains around her ankles and wrists; she is hanging upside down while another nude woman lies beneath her in a bathtub. The woman in the bathtub picks up a scythe and drags the blade across her skin while she begs for her life. The woman in the bathtub begins to make deep slashes on the hanging woman's back (blood sprays on her and the bathtub). She then slashes the dangling woman's throat; she is sprayed with blood and massages her nude body with it.
- A woman chases a boy who has stolen her purse; she trips in the woods, another woman approaches her, cuts her head off, and a group of boys play football with the woman's head (blood is spurting from the neck wound and blood on the neck of the severed head).
- A woman cuts off a man's penis and throws it to a dog, which eats it.
