Kim throws hot coffee on the face of a Drazen's assassin. 10 or 15 minutes later the same guy appears again shooting Jack Bauer with no signs of burn on his face.
At roughly six minutes, ten seconds in, the time on the clock in Jack's vehicle reads 8:34, but the episode is supposed to be between 11:00PM and 12:00AM.
When Jack Bauer is in the port confronting the two remaining Drazens, for the bulk of the confrontation, he utilises two pistols. However, when he is jumping across the boats, he is seen to have only one pistol in hand. Then when he is jumping from the boat to the walkway, he uses one hand to help himself up. In the next shot, he is seen running shooting both guns within a split second. As this is supposedly shot in real time, the change from one pistol to two is too great to be realistic.
The evidence against Nina is a recording of her killing Jamey. This recording shouldn't exist because the whole reason they went to that room was because it wasn't under video surveillance. However, Nina can be seen glancing up at the camera during the recording, so she knows the camera is there and instead decided to delete the footage.
When a semiautomatic pistol fires its last shot, the "slide" (upper housing) remains open, projecting to the rear of the grip, rather than being returned by its spring to a neutral position. This clearly has not happened when Victor tries to shoot Jack and finds his gun empty.
Jack and Nina have a shootout while driving head-on with their cars. When Nina swerves and smashes into the parked car, you can see a set of two stationary cameras with a protection blanket over them.
(at around 15 mins) When the shootout between Jack and the Drazens begins in the garage, a camera can be seen being quickly wheeled out of the shot.
During the gunfight in the dockyard, a crew member wearing a protective face mask is clearly visible in shot next to Jack.
In the Day 1 finale, towards the end, while Jack is waiting to lay siege to the Drazen dock compound, one of the shots of Jack on the pier has the camera crew clearly visible over Jack's left shoulder.
