Like his famous father, Alan Crosland, Jr., got some excellent performances from this cast, and yet another classic series entry about a not too perfect marriage --and what to do about it.
Popular tv actor Mark Miller (who passed in 2022 at the age of 98!) plays a business executive who apparently owes everything to his wealthy wife --who owns the company. If he divorces her he's in the street, but does he have enough nerve to kill her?
Naturally, Mark also has a beautiful neighbor and mistress called Margo, played by Patricia Breslin, at her best in these type of roles. Margo seems to be cut from the same cloth as Mark, and perhaps, she can help him out of his predicament.
Don't y'all love this?
Broadway actress Vivienne Segal, who appeared in another episode, is also quite good as Mark's seemingly doomed wife, Clara. And you really feel sorry for her.
A fabulous episode you have to see through, and with another OUTRAGEOUS ending. Credit writer John T. Kelley, who wrote two episodes for Hitch, later a contributing writer for the blockbuster film, PLANET OF THE APES (1968).
Why Hitchcock's tv show was the best. SEASON 7 EPISODE 24.
