Baretta and the prize fighter
searchanddestroy-13 May 2016
Social worker Baretta is back, taking care of a young prize fighter, a great hope, a potential target for gangsters involved in dope deals. So, Baretta decides to protect him against all odds. Nothing really new if you compare to the previous episodes. Not bad, if you love sport stories, especially boxing. Baretta is here ore a trainer than a cop. I even find this tale moving, gripping at some moments, inspired and certainly not garbage. Just far from the previous seasons episodes, which were real crime tales. You have some drug, dope ring hoodlums, but that doesn't remove the social worker line of the story. I still have three Baretta episodes to comment and that will be all.
