Star Wars meets the Bionic Woman! The space opera extravaganza of George Lucas clearly was the seed that gave birth to this episode. A space princess! Doesn't everybody love a good space princess story? What's interesting about this princess though is that she's quite young. And she's played very nicely and naturally by Helen Hunt. A good little bit of acting in what would be a very hard role for any young actress to play. How do you play a princess from outer space? Nobody really knows because there has never actually been one in real life. At least that we know of.
Back to the action. The space princess has magical powers. Yay! And where she comes from in space there is a war going on. Star Wars! I told you.
One side note: the two twin brothers that were on Hee Haw, the ones with the really bad haircuts, are in this episode and they play aliens.
Best aspect of this episode: there is really good chemistry between Lindsay and Helen. They are so good together. And Lindsay sings and plays the piano which is really neat. So even though it might be kind of a weak story I gave it a 8.
