Accent is on the comic side in this Bonanza episode where Little Joe and Hoss buy a 2/3 interest in a broken down saloon in the town of Upright. Not that these two either separately or together have shown any real head for business other than the cattle business in the history of Bonanza.

But there's a complication, a pair of them in fact. First Lorne Greene has a business deal of his own cooking with the puritanical dowager Anne Seymour who only does business with stand up people with morals like herself. Sell that saloon, give it away comes the order from Ben to his sons.

The other thing is that there's a 'treasure' of some kind reputed to be at the saloon. It takes almost the whole episode to figure it out. In the end it does the Cartwrights no good.

Alan Oppenheimer as the drunken bartender the guys also inherit and Loretta Swit pretending to be the former owner's daughter are the guest stars.

It's a nice story, but the kind getting old as Bonanza was.
