The one with a useless counselor

Warning: Spoilers
That school concealer one is a complete idiot, how could she possibly tell such things like this to a 15 years old teenage ? Thanks to her pathetic advices giving to someone as impressionable as Shaw, he just had the marvelous idea of running away to find himself. And worst : she even will have the guts to put the guilt on John shoulders, how could she be more stupid and b*tch honestly ?? She told the kid what he wants to hear from an adult to be persuaded than taking off was is best option in life rather than stay in highschool where he doesn't see any way out possible for him, that was it. I mean come one, she's an adult approving dropping school and still having succeeded in life whatsoever, for any teenage it's meatloaf : easy to take and put in action. The worst is that there are real kind of school concealers irl talking before impressionable kids or teenagers without even weighting their words or thinking of the consequences of them and that is sickening. Lucky for him, he has a really good best friend as Cory (and reciprocally tough) and of course John which is getting better and better of keeping him in the good path. Did I make clear how much I love how Rider Strong is acting Shawn ?!! Either on the funny parts in which he killed the game or the emotional ones where you can clearly see his despair. I'm really into an actor when he can touch me just by his eyes expressing or the gestures and even the tone of the voice. During the station bus scene, he was so febrile and if you listen carefully while he's talking to John, his voice was cracked a little the entire time and his eyes sending red flags in continue. But mostly, when John tell him to come back where he belongs meaning their place, if you look carefully at Shawn's eyes, it lasted just two second, you can see how much that simple sentence touched him and reassured him even more. He's so scarred that is not something he can get over that easily so I think that's gonna take a lot of time and reassurance but luckily some day it'll be so obvious for him that's he'll stop torturing himself on that subject, find his way out of that dark tunnel and inside himself through the fog.
