- A man is killed by a young woman after she slices him in half with a scythe. No blood or gore is seen.
- A vampire is consumed by blue light and blasts a hole up into the sky. He holds a young woman's hand before bursting into flames.
- A young woman's dead body is seen briefly before the high school collapses.
- An entire town begins collapsing in on itself as a group of survivors escape on a school bus.
- A fan favorite character is sliced from her shoulder to her hip but it's a blink and you'll miss it moment, (edited out in some broadcasts of the show) however you later see her body with blood coming out of her mouth lying dead.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A group of survivors escape a collapsing town on a school bus. One young woman is seen running after the bus as buildings collapse beneath her. Very intense.
- At the end of the episode, Spike saves the gang by producing a laser of pure light. He then bursts into flames while Buffy is holding his hand. He ends up dying but saves the gang. Another previous scene, Anya is sliced by a blade from shoulder to hip. She dies from blood loss and damage to internal organs. Both of these scenes can be extremely intense and sad to viewers.
