A misunderstanding blows up when an actor portraying a cop is overheard talking to Captain Block and the guys are convinced that Block is a kleptomaniac.
This is much better episode than the Season 1 episode that consisted entirely of a lame pageant/talent show. The story is unique and there are some recognizable character actors in this one such as Roger C. Carmel and Alan Manson.
Things escalate when the guys suspect that Schnauser and Block are in cahoots ("They've teamed up for holiday stealing"). The scene where Captain Block is attacked by the toys in his office is very funny.
The fictional cop show that gets the whole fiasco started is called NIGHT STICK.
An original Xmas episode, especially for its era. 7/10.
