Lieutenant Russo is certainly having one lousy wednesday. A run of bad luck means he has lost his wallet and cannot pay for a meal with his colleagues. His car has moved and is ticketed after the meter expires. His car later runs out of petrol.
Then he has to put up with the mocking from Ballard and Nelson.
However Russo is not going through bad luck. He has been carefully picked apart by Swami, a fraudster who operated a lose weight scam and Russo sent him away for 4 years.
