When the Doctor exits the TARDIS at the end of the episode, he leaves the door open. The scene then cuts to a special effects composite shot with a model TARDIS, the door of which is closed.
The TARDIS grabbed from the Miniscope is about 2" tall, which if you think about it would mean the ship it was removed from would be far too large to fit inside the machine.
The calendar in the cabin on the Bernice shows that June 1926 began on a Saturday. It actually began on a Tuesday.
The "micrographed document" that Vorg hands to Chairman Pletrac is very obviously an audio cassette tape.
Unfortunately the bald caps/wigs of the three bureaucratic Minorians seem to be extremely prone to coming unstuck and shifting about in many of their scenes, which does rather ruin the effect.
As the Doctor and Jo first duck and 'hide' behind the cabin seating, the Doctor's lustrous hairdo is poking out over the top.
