Don't you just hate it when a childhood friend made good forgets all about you.

That's what happens to Fraser. When Canadian Mark Smithbauer, ace Chicago ice hockey player fails to acknowledge Fraser after a liquor store hold up.

Smithbauer is arrogant, cocky and thinks someone is out to kill him. Fraser acts as his bodyguard but Smithbauer is too boorish to put up with.

Later a rumour emerges that a crooked bookie paid Smithbauer to throw a game but he reneged on the deal. Ray believes the rumour but Fraser is unsure.

A good episode on the power of celebrity. I would have thought if Smithbauer was really Fraser's childhood friend he would had hooked up earlier with Smithbauer.

It was nice to see Ray happy driving around with his new vintage Buick.
