Both Dr. Greene and Dr. Benton have to deal with guilty feelings and try to make their life function in this one. It is pretty sad to see Peter trying to fight about his mother's well being and refuse to accept that she indeed needs a nursing home. Her falling out of bed because of this opens his eyes and he goes for help to the nurse he fired because she tried to reason to him that his mom needs restriction for her bed. Very sad story and goes so well with the characters.
Mark has to deal with his guilt feelings as well. And of course there is more to it, he also has the problem of being left by his wife. When she comes to him it is a touching moment. I feel pretty bad for him. Hope he will be well soon
