A gang of kidnappers have an interesting scheme. When someone is winning big in Reno, they kidnap a family member of the winner and then steal the winnings. Because of this, the victims are NOT the typical rich families but seemingly ordinary folks. The F.B.I. got a tip about this, but so far the victims have been unwilling to talk for fear of reprisals. How, then, will they get to the bottom of this and stop this vicious gang? This is especially serious since their latest kidnappee is a diabetic and will die without his insulin.
