Roz at the Mic/Frasier in the Garage
Hitchcoc30 October 2019
Roz has to take over the show because Frasier is defending his principles by blocking other cars in a parking ramp. He changed his mind about parking but was still being charged the minimum two dollars. He decides to strike. It is pretty standard stuff until Roz makes a mistake on the air. The last two minutes are absolutely hilarious.

Mediocre episode

Warning: Spoilers
Luis Guzman is a parking attendant that Frasier has it out with...and causes traffic to back up. Some typical Frasier ranting with Niles.

Martin and Daphne and Eddie plot about Daphne moving out. Eh.

Roz...another silly little tiny sub plot.

It ALMOST feels like this could have been just 22 minutes of Frasier and Niles in the car. They almost did it, but cut away a few times. Not sure what they could have done to make it better and more entertaining. I think Curb Your Enthusiasm did an episode like this???? Wish it was better.

The worst episode

I love Frasier, but this episode is just horrible. It is just ridiculous and shows a selfishness that is not funny or entertaining, just annoying. It's the one time that Frasier's character flaws are inexcusable.

The other reviews gave this episode too high a rating

Frasier is my all time favorite sitcom. Having said that, I do not even like to watch this episode. It is tedious. It feels like algebra homework to sit through it. One reviewer said that last two minutes are hilarious. I can't remember to what that person is referring.

Painful to watch

Even though the form requires at least 600 characters, this episode can be described in just one word: terrible.

It has been a trend in later seasons, especially for some writers of the show, to make the character of Frasier more and more unlikable. Sure, he was flawed form the start, and that was one of the reasons his character was funny, but in the earlier seasons, you could most definitely call him a good person. But as the series got on, he became more and more flawed until there were more than a few episodes in which Frasier is clearly depicted as a bad person.

I was not surprised to see that this episode was written by Lori Kirkland, who was responsible for some of the worst episodes of the show and who seems to have some personal issue with the character of Frasier, because it was her who so often tried her best to make him despicable (think of the Secret Admirer episode, for instance). If she hated the character so much, she shouldn't have been a part of the show.

Boring, unfunny episode, starring a character who looks like Frasier Crane, but has a completely different personality.

Episode Where Frasier 'Jumped the Shark'

This is the episode in which suddenly Frasier crossed a line into self parody, nastiness and arrogance that killed my joy in the show. It is hateful, unfunny and reheated shtick from way back when. His refusal to move from a parking garage lane and the awful sound of auto horns throughout the episode makes it not funny but SUPREMELY irritating. Well, they had a good run...

Absolutely awful.

I could tell this was going to be a bad episode of 'Frasier' before the actors names had even finished running across the bottom of the screen, that's how bad it was.

All the less likable elements of the character of Frasier Crane are on show here, and how this got past the Exec Producers and on the airis baffling. Further proof that 'Frasier' was a show on the decline by this point.

I can't think of anything good about it really. It's just a sheer waste of good actors and not a good script to start with.

There have been dud episodes since the golden years of the show came to an end at the end of Series seven, but it has rarely been this woeful.

It has now.
