Here is a mighty fine example of parents wanting what's best for their children. Although I slightly disagree with the context of this, it does show that parents' hearts are (most of the time) in the right place.
The subplot involves Kimmy finally getting her driver's licence. Turns out she's a great driver. She takes the girls out for a spin in her brother's car called "Wild Thing". They always find a way to mess everything up. Funny stuff.
Friends of Jesse ignite an interest in preschool for the twins. They suggest Bouton Hall, the best preschool in the Bay Area. Jesse becomes obsessed with trying to get the boys in, even lying about nearly everything on the application. Hilariously enough, reality saw Lori Loughlin do similar things to get her kids into college. It is a classic case of life imitating art, or so I suspect.
Back to the episode itself, Jesse is now in night school and doesn't want anything like that to happen to the twins. He figures (as people have been telling him), if they are on the fast track now, they will be on the fast track for life. This is where I disagree. Preschool is NOT that big a deal. There's barely any difference between preschool and daycare. If this was kindergarten, I would be singing a different. tune.
The way the episode unfolds is solid.
