Little Richie and that's it, i couldn't tell you the plot of this episode if I didn't read it. Honestly I just really don't like this episode and find the premise dumb and just a random reason to get little Richie on the show which is a cool guest star.

Whenever a celebrity makes a prominent appearance, the worth of the episode is elevated a lot. The creator of rock music is sure to make this awesome.
Joey is encouraged to run for parent-teacher chairman. Mrs. Carruthers is his only rival and the only person that stand in his way. The key to his success comes in the form of Denise's uncle...Little Richard. He agrees to play at the Smash Club to rally votes. It takes a few hours before he actually shows up, but he puts on a mean show.
Flaw? Joey and Carruthers become co-chairs. After all of this and he doesn't win? Seems pointless and a waste of good talent. But this is just one thing in an otherwise great episode.
