Bacon, lettuce and potato. And Mr. Potato Head.

Warning: Spoilers
Rose and Sophia are in business selling sandwiches. Dorothy begs Blanche to go out with Stan after his business falls apart and is jealous when they seemingly hit it off. It's a very funny episode that has some humorous exchanges including Rose's memory of selling English muffins as a kid and peddling them as Belgian waffles and Sophia's dealing with Johnny No Thumbs and his band of not so merry men. This episode gets to show Bea Arthur's vulnerability as Dorothy, especially when she confronts Stan whom she assumed to be in bed with Blanche. Lana Schwab, the young girl he's under the sheets with later had a scene stealing part as a Tammy Baker like evangelist in the comedy spoof "Repossessed". A confrontation between Dorothy and Blanche at the market is straight out of "Another World".

I'm just wondering though, when does Jamie Farr come to Broadway in "The Caine Mutiny Court Martial"?

Take Him, He's Mine (#2.3)

Warning: Spoilers
Stan comes over because he needs a shoulder to cry on, but Dorothy has no time because she has a great date so Blanche goes out with him and they are having fun time. When Dorothy gets dumped and finds out that Blanche is still hanging out with Stan he gets really upset about it. And Sophia and Dorothy make lunch cart business.

Pretty good episode addressing why people don't like it when somebody dates their ex. Dorothy's explanation at the end was the most reasonable one I ever heard in my life. I almost now understand people in this situation.

Besides making sense it also had its funny moments. Such as Blanche talking to the girl under the blanket thinking it is Blanche as well as the business issues of Sophia and Rose

Dorothy has a date with the man of her dreams, Jeffrey The Commodore, but her ex husband Stan turns up, explaining that his world has fallen apart, rather than lose her date, Dorothy encourages Blanche to accompany Stan for dinner.

It's the usual mix of sarcasm, wit and great one liners. An old friendship is tested, pushed to the extremes by a man.

Funny moments throughout, the standout moment of course being the under the covers scene. I love that you can see the acties chuckling away once the shot is finished.

Sophia's business plan was definitely an interesting one, poor Rise caught up in the middle of it, I love the idea of Johnny no thumbs, a wonderfully named sandwich seller and business adversary.

Fair play, the extras in that supermarket did their bit, nonchalantly looking at goods, then staring over when required to do.

7/10.
