Looking for Staff was arguably the funniest epsiode if the series so far. It has all of the warmth and charm of previous episodes, but it has more laughs, and definitely has lots more in the way if double entendres, the scene where the team sit down and discuss water usage was a classic scene, lots of one liners.
The scene of the interview has been done before, including in Are you being Served, but if you have a good tool for the job, use it, and in fairness the two applicants are very funny.
It helps to set the scene for the show, the staff are going to run the hotel.
