In the judge's chambers McCormick dumps a container of peanuts on Hardcastle's desk, but the next scene shows the container full and Hardcastle's desk virtually peanut-free.
In the opening scene, Flip tells Mark that he has arranged for him to "do some practice laps in the Camaro at the track". Later at the track, Mark is driving a car with a Firebird emblem on the hood. Not a Camaro.
Flip's attorney's car already has a dent from a previous take in the left rear door before the Cadillac hits it for the first time.
Previous shots show the door to be undented.
Shortly before the car with Flip and his lawyer crashes, they both seem to be flung out of the car and roll on the gravel. When the bad guy shoots the car and it explodes, they are clearly not in the car, so technically they could have survived.
