Harrison Ford and Andy Robinson
kevinolzak10 August 2010
In an echo of the original pilot feature, Caine becomes involved with the railroad, this time when landowners are driven off their properties, vowing to die fighting against the Pinkertons led by the tyrannical Edwards (Barry Sullivan, also back from the pilot). The farmers are led by Jim Youngblood (John Anderson, previously seen in episode 3 "Blood Brother"), and are offered amnesty and financial renumeration by Mr. Harrison (Harrison Ford) on behalf of the railroad, who tire of the ongoing conflict; the bitter Edwards determines to end things his own bloody way. Andy Robinson, the memorable psycho killer in the original "Dirty Harry," plays a wounded member of Youngblood's gang, with Denver Pyle making a return appearance as the doctor (he'd played the mayor in "The Ancient Warrior"). 31-year-old Harrison Ford makes a rare television appearance, one year after his first notable movie role in 1973's "American Graffiti."

The Pinkerton's task force!!!
elo-equipamentos31 July 2019
If have one thing that all producer should avoid, certainly casting the same actors to the same series as happened in this episode, Kung Fu imposes as highest standard series in each single episode, true unusual, now they bring back the old guests, in this episode Caine is back at Railway matter, the farmers don't be happy with Railway's payment method for their lands, the offer is derisorily cheap, to try settle the peace by force they sent the Pinkerton's task force, Detective Edwards is in charge of this hard assignment, therefore the farmers are willing to fighting for, Caine stays at farmer's side, but suddenly appears Mr. Harrison (Indiana Jones) to propose a fair price for their lands and a general amnesty for all them, hopeful to put an end point in it at once , it's not too easy to put it into practice, Edwards didn't agree, the Caine has to interfere, moreover has another regular guest on several series as John Anderson, fine episode!!!
