Briscoe and Green investigate the murder of an elderly woman, Leah Glaser, who is found dead in her apartment. She had just been to an ATM machine, so they believe robbery is the motive. They find a link to other robberies and then to the same home care specialist. What they eventually learn is that Leah was a WW II concentration camp survivor who was testifying against a Nazi war criminal, Stefan Anders, facing deportation. The forensic evidence suggests that someone other than Anders pushed his way into Glaser's apartment and they find a link to a white supremacist record producer.
