The stranded crew at plateau have been pursuing a possible escape from there and Roxton and Marguerite seem see a cave nearby where coming from a bright light, they enter into the mountain passing through to another dimension, arriving in a little village Marguerite was conflated by the tavern owner with a cat burglar who used to steal all money from time to time.
Actually Margherite has a remarkable likeness with the masked woman, they were arrested a local jail waiting for a "fair" trial on next day, meanwhile the Challenger's group, Malone and Veronica track down their path to find out where they gone, not without first being stolen by the same marked woman, even outgunned they headed into the cave having in mind looking for their mates, another mistake, they also are arrested.
The tavern owner explains that Marguerite is the real cat burglar and Roxton is her partner, Challenger, Veronica and Malone manage to escape and figure out that the masked woman has to do everything with the happenings. They must find her in time to settle the matter, however the time is running out and the cave will be locked in a matter of time.
