When Colonel Potter, BJ and Hawkeye leave the scrub room and the camera changes to the outside shot, they are seen walking around the building from the end of Post OP, not the scrub room.
When Hawkeye asks Col. Potter to pick up magazines for him, he gives the Colonel US currency. However, military personnel in Korea were only permitted to use Military scrip.
After Colonel Potter, BJ and Hawkeye leave the scrub room and are complaining about Major Burns, a person behind them is supposed to be raking the compound, however his rake never touches the ground.
The crew fills the water tower with warm water, the same tower where they presumably got the water in the first place. If they drained the water to warm it up, then the tower only had about 7 gallons in it.
When Radar says he is looking for a Floyd Hayden and spells out H-A-Y-D-E-N. Hawkeye follows it up with M-O-U-S-E. However, The Mickey Mouse Club (1955) did not actually begin airing until 1955, two years after the Korean War ended.
During Margaret's surgery the doctors and nurses are using sterile latex gloves. Latex gloves weren't developed and put into use until the 1960s.
It is said Radar's guinea pig triplets are called Manny, Moe, and Jack, presumably after the founders of Pep Boys. However, if Radar named his own animals, it is very unlikely he would have known who the Pep Boys were given the fact Pep Boys was a very small company during the Korean War. Pep Boys did not have any stores in Iowa during the Korean War, nor do they to this day.
During the appendectomy, Hawkeye begins cutting way too soon. Margaret is not even under yet.
