- A West African freedom fighter in a state that practices apartheid, code-named Kitara, has been arrested after stealing a shipment of gold bars to finance his rebellion and provide medicine for his people. The IMF rescue plan includes Jim masquerading as a stern general, Dana posing as a journalist, Paris as a mild-mannered anitques dealer, and Barney getting arrested. But the oddest part is to discredit the ruthless general holding Kitara by proving he is of mixed ancestry. This involves a mysterious process which temporarily turns his skin black!
