• Voice on Disc : Good morning, Jim. The man you are looking at is Joussef K., Minister for Science and Development in the country of Orambaq. K. is a terrorist who has formulated a blackmail scheme directed against the United States, which he believes will ingratiate him with his rules, and make Orambaq feared throughout the western world. Jared, a protege of K., had worked for several years in Orambaq developing a virulent genetic virus capable of destroying a nation's total wheat harvest. He came to the United States seeking advanced technology, and found it with the unsuspecting help of geneticist Laurel Taylor. She is now dead. K.'s plans to release the virus into the American wheat belt were temporarily thwarted by a laboratory fire which left Jared horribly disfigured.
