Sleazy and leering hatemonger late night radio show host Ray Bright (ably played to the smarmy hilt by Morton Downey Jr.) is warned by psychic Cassandra (a sharp turn by Julie Wilson) that he's going to meet a brutal untimely end. Fetching follow-up guest Amanda Smith-Jones (a spot-on sultry portrayal by Laura Branigan) gives Bright an earful about an alien creature that only eats evil people.
Writer/director Bruce Feirstein relates the enjoyable story at a quick pace as well as maintains a pleasing flippant tone throughout. Notorious real-life trash TV talk show host Downey Jr. as usual makes for a great disgusting slimeball who totally deserves the harsh comeuppance that he receives. Lori Krebs lends sound support as Bright's loyal producer Debbie. Pretty gnarly monster, too. A fun show.
