This episode shows the distance developed between the precinct cops and IAD. The guy involved in the armed car robbery calls Bobby to prison and tells him he has information for him. Soon both sides are searching for a guy named Bic. The conclusion is quite captivating. Bobby has been betrayed more than once but it shows no good deed goes unpunished.
